PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Victoria University of Wellington from and after the 17th day of October 1974.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to a grant in favour of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the city of Invercargill to convey sewage, storm-water, and surface water as set out in transfer No. 223374, for the purposes of a secondary school (caretaker's residence) from and after the 17th day of October 1974.
