EVIDENCE of the loss of memoranda of lease, mortgage, and family benefit charge described in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with application for the issue of provisional copies of lease, mortgage, and family benefit charge in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional copies on 24 October 1974.
