ALL that area in the Counties of Southland and
Wallace, Southland Land District, containing by estimation
146,633 hectares, more or less, inclusive of roads, railways,
and streams, and bounded by a line commencing at a point
being the intersection of the left bank of the Waimatuku
Stream with the southern side of the No. 99 State Highway;
thence south-easterly generally along the southern side of
the said State Highway to the right bank of the Oreti
River; thence northerly generally along that bank to the
northern side of the Tuatapere Branch Railway; thence south-
easterly generally along that northern side and the eastern
side of the Kingston Branch Railway to its intersection with
the left bank of the Makarewa River, Block XIII, Invercargill
