Cancellation of a Licence to Erect and Use Electric Lines
Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity, with the consent of the licensee, hereby cancels a licence dated the 21st day of October 1968, authorising Brian Mellor Blundell, retired, to erect and use certain electric lines in Tuna Bay. (Gazette, 31 October 1968, p. 2001.)

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Setting Aside Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to Section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground or "Urupa", for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Waenganui sub-tribe.
