Declaring a Hospital to be a Psychiatric Hospital
PURSUANT to section 6 (2) of the Mental Health Act 1969,
I, Thomas Malcolm McGuigan, Minister of Health, hereby
declare the institution under the control of the Cook Hospital
Board, situated in the City of Gisborne and known as Cook
Hospital, to be a psychiatric hospital for the purposes of
the said Act.

Declaring Land Owned by the Crown to be Vested in the
Otago Hospital Board
PURSUANT to section 68 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister
of Health hereby declares the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be vested in the Otago Hospital Board in fee
simple for hospital purposes.

Declaring Road Taken for Railway Purposes (North Auckland
Line) at Waitakere
PURSUANT to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works
Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for railway purposes on and from the 14th day of October
1974.
