Appointment of Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board
to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime
Park Board to control and manage the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said
Act, as a scenic reserve.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT--MARLBOROUGH COUNTY--KAI-
PUPU POINT SCENIC RESERVE

LOT 1, D.P. 4355 being Part Section 2, Shakespeare Bay
Registration District, situated in Block XII, Linkwater Survey
District: area, 27.3 hectares, more or less.

Notice Redefining the Nelson Egg Marketing Area (Notice
No. 928 Ag. 20210)

PURSUANT to regulation 10(2)(b) of the Egg Marketing
Authority Regulations 1953*, the First Schedule to the Egg
Marketing Authority Regulations 1953 is hereby amended
by omitting the words which describe the Nelson Egg Market-
ing Area in item 9, and substituting the following words:

"9. Nelson Egg Marketing Area-All that area of land
within the City of Nelson and the Borough of Richmond
as from time to time constituted, and that area in the
Waimea County bounded by a line commencing at the inter-
section of the north-eastern side of Champion Road with
the north-western side of Hill Street and proceeding north-
easterly along the said north-western side of Hill Street
and that side produced to the south-western side of Polstead
Road; thence north-westerly along the south-western side of
Polstead Road to the boundary of the City of Nelson;
thence south-westerly and generally north-westerly along the
said boundary of the City of Nelson to the mean high-water
mark of Waimea Inlet; thence south-westerly along the said
mean high-water mark to a point in line with the north-
eastern side of Champion Road; thence south-easterly to
and along that side to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hobson County)
   Notice No. 1, 1974.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
   declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the
   purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

port hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Matamata
   County) Notice No. 2, 1974.

   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
