proceeding easterly along the northern boundaries of Sec-

The N.Z. Trust Board for Home-Schools for Curative Education Order 1974

At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the N.Z. Trust Board for Home-Schools for Curative Education Order 1974.
  2. The N.Z. Trust Board for Home-Schools for Curative Education, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of the sheltered workshop at Hohepa Farm School, Main Road, Clive, Hawke's Bay, from:
    (a) All the provisions of every award and agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect of persons employed in that workshop; and
    (b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the Minimum Wage Act 1945.
  3. The exemption granted by this order shall apply only to disabled persons as defined by section 2 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960.

    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
