and Previous Notice Revoked as to Part
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts
Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Develop-
ment hereby revokes the notice dated the 5th day of Septem-
ber 1973 and published in Gazette, 20 September 1973, No. 87,
at p. 1786, proclaiming land as street in the City of Manukau,
in so far as it affects the piece of land containing 4.5 perches
lastly described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby proclaims
as an access way the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the City of Manukau.
