    Crown Land Set Apart for Post Office Purposes (Residence)
    in the Borough of Kawerau
    PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
    the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the
    land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for
    post office purposes (residence) from and after the 10th day
    of January 1974.

    ALL that piece of land containing 27.8 perches situated in
    Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Borough of

    Land Held for Defence Purposes Set Apart for State Housing
    Purposes in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei
    County
    PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
    Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the
    land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for
    State housing purposes from and after the 10th day of
    January 1974.

    Land Proclaimed as an Access Way in the City of Manukau,
    and Previous Notice Revoked as to Part
    PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts
    Interpretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works and Develop-
    ment hereby revokes the notice dated the 5th day of Septem-
    ber 1973 and published in Gazette, 20 September 1973, No. 87,
    at p. 1786, proclaiming land as street in the City of Manukau,
    in so far as it affects the piece of land containing 4.5 perches
    lastly described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby proclaims
    as an access way the land described in the Schedule hereto,
    which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
    of the City of Manukau.

    NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
    All that piece of land containing 4.5 perches situated in
    the City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being
    Lot 94, D.P. 60140. Part certificate of title, Volume 623,
