EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 23C, folio 1103 (North Auckland Registry), for 26.7 perches, in the names of Titirangi Holdings Ltd. and Courtdale Investment Ltd., both of Auckland, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of new amalgamated certificates of title No. 148416.1 and an easement certificate No. 124226.4, affecting the said certificate of title, without production of the said title, in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such order for new certificate of title and an easement certificate on 9 November 1973.
