PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State
housing purposes from and after the 29th day of October
1973.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block VII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of
the County of Franklin, and hereby proclaims that the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed
and shall, when so closed, vest in Frank Mark Johnston,
of Runciman, farmer.
