Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block V, South Molyneux Survey District, Clutha County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also
hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed,
vest in the Otago Catchment Board.

Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL that piece of land containing 34.6 perches situated in
Block V, South Molyneux Survey District, being part land
on D.P. 568, being part Section 2; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24048
(S.O. 16842) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Road Closed
