Pursuant to section 115 of the Transport Act 1962, I, Sir
Basil Arthur, Minister of Transport, hereby appoint

John Michael Dwyer

as Deputy Transport Licensing Authority for the No. 10
Transport District, to exercise jurisdiction in respect of an
application from the N.Z. Towel Supply (Dunedin) Ltd. for
a transport licence.
