EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of mortgage S. 394145 (South Auckland Registry) over that parcel of land containing 243 acres 3 roods 39.9 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 9653, and being part of the Hoe-O-Tainui North 6B2B Block, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 1788, folio 17 (South Auckland Registry), whereof Gladys Robertson, of Hamilton, widow, and Alison Mary Smith, of Hoe-O-Tainui, married woman, are the mortgagors and the New Zealand Insurance Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 624574 to issue a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of renewable lease, Volume 2A, folio 940 (Gisborne Registry), in the name of Robert David Black, of Gisborne, farmer, and Dorothy Patricia Black, his wife, for 392 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, situated in the Land District of Gisborne, and being Sections 25, 26, and 27, Block IX, Turanganui Survey District, and application 109486 having been made to me to dispense with production of the said renewable lease to enable registration of a partial surrender, etc., I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with production of the said renewable lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
