EVIDENCE having been furnished of the outstanding duplicate of renewable lease No. R.L.U./63 entered in register book, Volume 185, folio 50, of the Southland Register in the name of Ohai Railway Board, at Wairio, for 2 acres 3 roods 27 poles, more or less, being Lots 16 and 17, Deposited Plan 2817, and being part Section 20, Block III, Wairio District, and application (273835) having been made to me to issue a provisional lease, notice is hereby given of my intention to do so on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
