Land, and Easements Over Land, Taken for Waterworks in Block XIV, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and further proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting as from the date hereinafter mentioned, in the said body corporate full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain lines of water pipes under, along, and across the said land in terms of the provisions contained in paragraphs 2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952; and also proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting as from the date hereinafter mentioned, in the said body corporate full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for the servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees of the said body corporate from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, in terms of the provisions contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easements to be held appurtenant thereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of September 1973.

ALL that piece of land containing 4512 square metres situated in Block XIV, Ikitara Survey District, being part Waipu 2A 1B; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27263 (S.O. 28491) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1973.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders made on the 19th day of September 1923, the 6th day of December 1937, and the 10th day of May 1971, to be road and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga.
