NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order that the company be wound up by the Court or for such other order as shall be just was presented to the Supreme Court on the 20th day of August, 1973 by AUBREY HERBERT BARNES of Hamilton Builder, and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 20th day of September, 1973 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North on the 7th day of September 1973, at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of BLUFF FISH AND OYSTER COMPANY LIMITED a private Company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Bluff
NOTICE is hereby given that an Order of the Supreme Court dated the 21st day of August 1973, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named Company from $80,000 to $40,000 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 24th day of August 1973. The said Minute is in the words and figures following:
"The amount of share capital of Bluff Fish and Oyster Company Limited as altered by the Order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company is $40,000 divided into 20,000 shares of $2 each, and at the date of registration of this Minute the amount of $2 is deemed to be paid up on each share."
