CORRIGENDUM
IN the declaration dated the 20th day of July 1973 and published in Gazette, 26 July 1973, No. 71, p. 1421, declaring land taken for a limited access road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a limited access road, in Block XVI, Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the piece of land containing “9 acres 0 roods 31.9 perches” eightly described in the First Schedule thereto, read “0 acres 0 roods 31.9 perches” which area appears in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Taken for the Onehunga-Manurewa (via Mangere) Motorway in the Borough of Onehunga

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Onehunga-Manurewa (via Mangere) Motorway.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 12.51 perches situated in the Borough of Onehunga, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 30198. All certificate of title, Volume 881, folio 245, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of August 1973.

Amending a Proclamation Setting Apart Land as a Forest Sanctuary
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation declaring areas of land in the North Auckland Land District to be a forest sanctuary, issued on the 21st day of March 1973 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 29th day of March 1973, at page 555, by deleting the name “Wairaki” and substituting the name “Wairahi”, and this amendment shall take effect as from the date of issue of that Proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of August 1973.

Amending Declaration of Land in the Wellington Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the Minister charged with the administration of the department of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected by this Proclamation), hereby proclaim as follows:
- (i) This Proclamation may be cited as the Carter’s Bush Reserve Wildlife Refuge Declaration.
(ii) This Proclamation shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The Proclamation made on the 23rd day of December 1959*, declaring the area described in the First Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, is hereby revoked.

The area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WAIRARAPA SOUTH COUNTY
WAIKOUKOU-TAUANUI 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, and 8, and Lots 9 and 14 and part Lots 10, 13, and 16, Deposited Plan 3680, being Sections 32, 33, and 34, and part Sections 35, 107, 107A, 108, 109, and 110, Taratahi Plain Block, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Tiffin Survey District: area, 955 acres 2 roods 33.7 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 463, folios 106, 110, 111, and 113, Volume 322, folio 163, Volume 288, folios 207 and 210, Volume 207, folio 204, and Volume 89, folio 173, and part certificate of title, Volume 463, folio 107. As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/126 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
