Resumption of Unformed Road in Block III, Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

The Traffic (Thames County) Notice No. 1, 1973

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames County) Notice No. 1, 1973.
2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
3. The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956 dated the 17th day of March 1958*, which relates to a road in Thames County, is hereby revoked.

The Motor Launch (Totaranui Bay) Notice 1973—Abel Tasman National Park Board

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Totaranui Bay) Notice 1973.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
2. Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described in the First Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Totaranui Bay bounded on the sides by parallel lines 300 yd apart, extending on a bearing 095° true, 200 yd from the water’s edge, the northern boundary being 200 yd to the south of the boat launching ramp.
