The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1972, Amendment No. 1
Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives the following notice:

1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1972, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with, and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
3. The principal notice is hereby amended by-
   (i) Adding under the general heading of “Clothing, Footwear, and Soft Goods” the following item:
   “Goods containing wool in respect of which any stabilisation payment or equalisation payment has been made under the Wool Prices Stabilisation Regulations 1973 and which have been manufactured by the person receiving the payment.”
   (ii) Adding under the general heading of “Chemicals and Chemical Substances”, before the item relating to drugs and related commodities, the following item:
   “Anthelmintic drenches.”
   (iii) Adding under the general heading of “Foodstuffs and Related Commodities”, after the item “Aerated waters”, the following item:
