    MARLBOROUGH COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN APPLICATION PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Moenui Bay special rating area, taken on the 19th day of July 1973, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $5,000, to be known as the Moenui Bay Access Road Loan 1973, for the purpose of upgrading the access road from Queen Charlotte Drive into Moenui Bay, resulted as follows: The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 16 The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 23 I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.
