Street Closed and Taken for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the street described in the Schedule hereto and, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the street hereby closed is hereby taken for the University of Otago from and after the 13th day of August 1973.

ALL those portions of street containing 24.2 perches situated in the City of Dunedin, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 3435, being part Section 47; Lots -5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, and part Lots 4, 5, 18, 20, 25, Deeds Plan 90, being part Sections 47 and 54; and land on D.P. 2927, being part Section 54, Block XXX, Town of Dunedin; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27213 (S.O. 17492) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes Subject to Certain Rights in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, as to the land first described in the Schedule hereto, to the building-line restriction contained in K70537, North Auckland Land Registry, and to the electric power transmission and water easements created by memorandum of transfer No. 632351, North Auckland Land Registry, and subject, as to the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 232760, North Auckland Land Registry, and subject, as to the land fourthly described in the Schedule hereto, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 568728, North Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 13th day of August 1973.
