Comment
PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned
specification is being considered for declaration as a New
Zealand standard specification:

NOTE-It is proposed to declare this specification with
New Zealand amendment, and to revoke NZS 2173 of
