Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby: (a) declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, from and after the 6th day of August 1973; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 6th day of August 1973.

All that piece of land containing 3 roods and 32.4 perches situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, being part Allotment 22D, Pepepe Parish, excepting thereout the mines, beds, veins, seams, and deposits of coal, and cannel oil shale, and fireclay transferred by transfer 46998, South Auckland Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27067 (S.O. 46921) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
