Declaring Land Taken for a State Primary School and for Teachers' Residences in the Auckland Education District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land ninthly, fourteenthly, and last described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject, as to the land ninthly described therein, to the fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. 148530, North Auckland Land Registry, together with and appurtenant to the land fourteenthly described therein, the water rights created by conveyance No. 146543 (R63/588), North Auckland Land Registry, and subject, as to the land last described therein, to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 472659. North Auckland Land Registry, for teachers' residences, and the remainder of the land described in the
