PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land twelfthly, thirteenthly, and fifteenthly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, as to the land thirteenthly described therein, to the rights of entry created by memorandum of transfer No. 287127, North Auckland Land Registry, and together with, and appurtenant thereto, the water easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 664237, North Auckland Land Registry, and together with, and appurtenant to the land fifteenthly described therein, the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 277609, North Auckland Land Registry, and the residue of the water rights and incidental rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 336131, North Auckland Land Registry, for teachers’ residences, and the remainder of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State primary schools from and after the 6th day of August 1973.
