AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE CONCERNING INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:
The Auckland City Council hereby confirms its intention, subject to the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, of executing the work, namely, the provision of a pleasure ground in the City of Auckland, pursuant to section 305 Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and for the purposes of such work taking the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto. The Council notified its intention to take the said land by public notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 78, p. 2058, dated 28 September 1972. This notice of confirmation is given pursuant to the provisions of section 22, subsection 5, Public Works Act 1928.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 37 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 49040, and Lot 1, Deposited Plan 58326, and being all portion of Allotment 23, Parish of Titirangi, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title No. 13D/771, North Auckland Land Registry, subject to section 351D (3), Municipal Corporations Act 1954. The land is situated at 516 Pt. Chevalier Road, Auckland.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments.
Notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, for street work in the City of Wellington, and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedules hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land should, if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to amount or payment of compensation, send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at his said office. And notice is hereby further given that if any obligation is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.

ALL those parcels of land together being a strip of land fronting Gateway Flats at Maida Vale Road in the City of Wellington.
FIRST SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, containing 1.8 perches, being part Lot 55, D.P. 475, secondly, containing 0.6 perches, being part Lot 1, D.P. 1030, and thirdly, containing 2.2 perches, being part Lot 2, D.P. 1030, all being part Section 1, Evans Bay District, and being situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title 5D/300 (Wellington Registry); as the said parcels of land are more particularly delineated on a plan lodged at the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington numbered 28412, and thereon coloured blue.
