Approval of Qualified Persons for the Purpose of Section 402 of the Companies Act 1955

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Franklin County Council on the 11th day of December 1972:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County, in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is declared to be, a public reserve for scenic purposes within the meaning of the said Act, to be known as Coulthards Scenic Reserve.”
