Twizel Township (Mackenzie County) Road Traffic Bylaws 1973

PURSUANT to section 72 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Works having control of the roads within the Twizel Township in the County of Mackenzie, hereby makes the following bylaws in respect of the portions of roads described in the bylaws

BYLAWS

1. Title and commencement—(i) These bylaws may be cited as the Twizel Township (Mackenzie County) Road Traffic Bylaws 1973.
   (ii) These bylaws shall come into force on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

2. Stopping restrictions—Subject to the erection of the appropriate signs prescribed under the Transport Act 1962, no person shall stop any vehicle at any time on the following roads:

(a) Along the northern side of Ostler Road for a distance of 57 metres west and 49 metres east from its intersection with Mackenzie Drive.
(b) Along the south-western side of Tasman Road from Mackenzie Drive to Maryburn Road.
(c) Along the eastern side of Maryburn Road for a distance of 39 metres south from Tasman Road.
(d) Along the western side of Mackenzie Drive commencing at a point 50 metres north of Ruataniwha Road and extending northward for 132 metres.
