Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of Part II of the
Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945 in
the Borough of Petone

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes
of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement
Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Petone from and after the
12th day of February 1973.
