CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice headed “Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations”, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Gazette, No. 5, of 25 January 1973, p. 122, please read “Senior Administration Officer (Personnel), Head Office, Wellington” for “Senior Administrative Officer (Personnel), Head Office, Wellington”. The former words appear in the notice of appointment signed by the Minister of Justice.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Manukau
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau, as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1973.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 0.2 Part Lot 7, D.P. 20617; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 5.2 Part Lot 6, D.P. 46737; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25703 (S.O. 45751) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of January 1973.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of February 1973.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods and 7.7 perches, being part Sections 5A and 14, Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26830 (S.O. 45681) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of January 1973.
