Declaring Land Taken for a Recreation Ground and for Waterworks in the City of Hamilton

—

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton from and after the 23rd day of July 1973.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 12 acres 1 rood 38 perches situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Komakorau Survey District, being parts Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 10146, and part Lot 1, D.P. 23687, being part Allotments 23 and 24, Parish of Pukete; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27174 (S.O. 46940) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.
