NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 26th day of June 1973, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $461,250 to $92,250, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 2nd day of July 1973.

"The capital of City Realties Ltd. is $92,250, divided into 922,500 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 cents each, having been reduced from $461,250, divided into 922,500 ordinary shares of 50 cents each fully paid."

IN the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Private Bills and in the matter of a Private Bill intituled "An Act to make lawful the intended marriage between Brian Edward Blomfield and Janine Shirley Kohi".

Notice is hereby given that Brian Edward Blomfield, of Invercargill, smelter employee, and Janine Shirley Kohi, of Invercargill, widow, intend to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives at the ensuing session a Private Bill intituled as above.

The objects of the Bill are to make lawful the intended marriage between Brian Edward Blomfield and Janine Shirley Kohi.
