IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of SHADE LINES WAIKATO LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting
of the members of the above-named company will be held
at the offices of Messrs Osborne, Garnett, and Doole, Char-
tered Accountants, Tuhoro Street, Otorohanga, on Friday,
the 2nd day of February 1973, at 10.30 o’clock in the fore-
noon, to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following
as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities con-
tinue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and
that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
Nomination of liquidator.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of
him. A proxy need not also be a member.
Forms of proxy may be obtained from the offices of
Messrs Osborne, Garnett, and Doole, Chartered Accountants,
Tuhoro Street, Otorohanga. Proxies to be used at the meeting
must be lodged at the offices of Messrs Osborne, Garnett,
and Doole, Chartered Accountants, Tuhoro Street, Otoro-
hanga, not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the
1st day of February 1973.

the above-named company has been summoned for the pur-
pose of passing a resolution for voluntary winding up, and
that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company
will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act

Chartered Accountants, Tuhoro Street, Otorohanga, on Friday,
the 2nd day of February 1973, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon.

Consideration of statement of the position of the company’s
affairs and list of creditors, etc.
