HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hawke's Bay County County hereby resolves as follows:
“That for the purpose of providing annual charges on a loan of $120,000, authorised to be raised by the Hawke's Bay County Council under the above-mentioned Act for rural housing advances, the said Hawke's Bay County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.0001411 in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the whole of the County of Hawke's Bay and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 14th day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Hawke's Bay County Council held on the 14th day of May 1973.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Ian Edward Beck, Jack Chaston, and Douglas Edward Pinnell, all of Christchurch, real estate salesmen, under the style of D.I.J. Syndicate, has been dissolved as from the 28th day of May 1973 so far as concerns the said Douglas Edward Pinnell who retires from the said partnership.

In the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Private Bills and in the matter of a Private Bill intituled “An Act to make lawful the intended marriage between Brian Edward Blomfield and Janine Shirley Kohi”.
Notice is hereby given that Brian Edward Blomfield, of Invercargill, smelter employee, and Janine Shirley Kohi, of Invercargill, widow, intend to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives at the ensuing session a Private Bill intituled as above.
The objects of the Bill are to make lawful the intended marriage between Brian Edward Blomfield and Janine Shirley Kohi.
The promoters of the Bill are the said Brian Edward Blomfield and Janine Shirley Kohi whose address is care of Messrs French, Savage, Hurd, and Co. Helmsdale Chambers, 110 Don Street, Invercargill, to which address all communications and notices may be sent and at which address a copy of the Bill may be inspected.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 10c per line.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
These are not now available from Government Bookshops but may be obtained from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing), subscription $12 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, $5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
