THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
has an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the
payment or amount of compensation must state the
objection in writing and send the same to the County
Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo,
so as to reach him not later than the 11th day of
July 1973, being 40 days after the first publication of this
notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of
the same will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires,
and each objector will be advised of the time and place
of such hearing.

EASTBOURNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR STREET
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the acquisition of land for street and, for the purpose of that public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of the Eastbourne Borough Council, Rimu Street, Eastbourne, and is there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Eastbourne Borough Council, P.O. Box 41-016, Eastbourne.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land situate at Mahina Bay in the Borough of Eastbourne containing 4.1 perches, more or less, being part Section 28, Harbour District, and being the balance
of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 135, folio 207 (Wellington Registry), and being the land coloured sepia on Survey Office Plan No. 28637.

TE AWAMUTU BOROUGH COUNCIL
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its Amendments:
Public notice is hereby given that the Te Awamutu Borough Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, waterworks being the construction of a pipeline to carry water in connection with the Borough Waterworks for which purpose the easement over land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the easement required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Te Awamutu Borough Council in Roch Street, Te Awamutu.
Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such easement not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation and to send such written objection to the Te Awamutu Borough Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
