said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

Companies Act 1955, that Hackathorn New Zealand Oil
Ltd., a company duly incorporated in the State of
Delaware, United States of America, and having its place
of business for New Zealand at 109-117 Featherston Street,
Wellington, intends to cease to have a place of business
in New Zealand at the expiration of 3 months from the
date of first publication of this notice.

of CARR POUNTNEY & Co. LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at 34 Fort Street,
Auckland, and carrying on business as general merchants:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court
dated the 25th day of May 1973 confirming the reduction
of share capital of the above-named company from $88,000
to $40,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing
the capital of the company as altered as required by
section 78 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 was registered
by the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 31st day
of May 1973. The said minute is in the following terms:

"The capital of Carr Pountney & Co. Limited was by
virtue of a special resolution of the company and with
the sanction of an order of the Supreme Court reduced
from $88,000 divided into 20,000 ordinary shares of $2.00
each and 24,000 “B” ordinary shares of $2.00 each to $40,000
divided into 20,000 ordinary shares of $2.00 each. At the
date of registration of this minute all the said shares have
been issued and are deemed to be fully paid up."
