UPON reading the notice of motion of the applicant dated
the 15th day of April 1973 and the affidavit of LESLIE
RAYMOND TORRIE filed herein, and upon hearing Mr Grace
of counsel on behalf of the applicant and Mr Cornford
of counsel on behalf of the Crown Law Office consenting
hereto, this Court hereby orders that Hawkes Bay Credit
Corporation Limited be restored onto the Register of
Companies at Napier, and hereby further orders that the
Registrar of Companies shall cause the order for restoration
to be gazetted and hereby further orders that the
applicant pay to the Crown Law Office the sum of $25.00
for its costs of and incidental to the said notice of motion
and this order.
