Licensing Coromandel County Council to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp at Long Bay


PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry
of Transport, acting under a delegation from the Minister
of Transport pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act,
hereby licenses and permits Coromandel County Council
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include
its administrators, successors, or assigns unless the context
requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Long Bay as shown
on plan marked M.D. 14890 and deposited in the office
of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a boat ramp as shown on the said
plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in
the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of January 1973.

(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be

Licensing Arthur James Ballantyne to Occupy a Site for a Boatshed, Slipway, and Jetty at Thule Bay


PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry
of Transport, acting under a delegation from the Minister
of Transport pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act,
hereby licenses and permits Arthur James Ballantyne (herein-
after called the licensee, which term shall include his admini-
strators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a
different construction) to use and occupy a part of the fore-
shore and bed of the sea at Thule Bay, Paterson Inlet, as
shown on plan marked M.D. 14807 and deposited in the office
of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a boatshed, slipway, and jetty as shown
on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the
licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set
forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

Assigning Foreshore Licence for a Slipway in Mullet Bay, Southland


PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Executive Officer,
Harbours and Foreshores Section, Ministry of Transport,
acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport
pursuant to section 265A of the aforesaid Act, hereby gives
notice that the licence granted to George Matthew Baker
on 20 February 1967* to use and occupy part of the foreshore
and bed of Mullet Bay, Southland, for the purpose of main-
taining thereon a slipway, is hereby assigned to Neville
Patrick John Skeggs.

Consent to the Proclamation of the Bed of Whangateau Harbour as Road


THE Secretary for Transport hereby consents to the proclama-
tion as road, under section 29 of the Public Works Amend-
ment Act 1948, of an area of the bed of Whangateau Harbour
comprising 4 acres 3 roods 31 perches, as shown coloured
orange on plan S.O. 47497.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road


It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 13 December 1972 and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from the
northern abutment of the Whangamarino River Bridge to its
southern junction with Springhill Road as more particularly
shown on sheets 1 to 9 of plans M.O.W. 34877 and the
accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident
Engineer, Ministry of Works, Hamilton, and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
