Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes and Addition of the Reserve to the Kenepuru Sound Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for climatic and water conservation purposes and for the growth and preservation of timber, to a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Kenepuru Sound Scenic Reserve.

Declaration that Part of the Matakohi Domain shall be a Recreation Reserve, Change of the Purpose of the Reserve and Vesting in the Otamatea County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Matakohi Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for museum purposes, and vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea, in trust, for museum purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
