This general determination shall apply to all money which any local authority has received the sanction of the Board to borrow by way of special loan, other than money borrowed prior to the 25th day of May 1973.

The rate or rates of interest that may be paid by any local authority in respect of any such money borrowed by it shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate or rates exceeding the following rates—
(a) For money borrowed for a period of 1 year, 4.5 percent per annum.
(b) For money borrowed for a period of 2 years, 4.75 percent per annum.
(c) For money borrowed for a period of 3 years, 5 percent per annum.
(d) For money borrowed for a period of 4 years, 5.25 percent per annum.
(e) For money borrowed for a period of 5 years, 5.5 percent per annum.
(f) For money borrowed for any period of not less than 6 years but less than 10 years, 5.75 percent per annum.
(g) For money borrowed for any period of 10 years or more, 6.25 percent per annum. -
All sanctions to which this determination applies shall be varied accordingly.

The general determination made by the Board and published in the Gazette on the 25th day of March 1971, at page 542, is hereby consequentially cancelled.

Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee (Notice No. 474 Ag. 61338)
Pursuant to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1940, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers' representatives to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington, and at Nelson; also at the following post offices, viz: Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, Brightwater, Nelson, Tapawera, and Tadmore.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 25 May 1973.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Nelson, not later than noon on the 13th day of June 1973.

Boundaries of Hutt County, Lower Hutt City, Porirua City, Upper Hutt City, and Wellington City Defined
Pursuant to section 16 of the Counties Act 1956 and section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Local Government hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of Hutt County, Lower Hutt City, Porirua City, Upper Hutt City, and Wellington City, the previous boundaries having been altered by Orders in Council made on 15 January 1973, published in Gazette, 18 January 1973, pages 75, 77, 78, and 79.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF WELLINGTON
Firstly, all that area in the Wellington Land District containing 26 340 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, Plan B/271, in Block V, Belmont S.D., and proceeding south-westerly, south-easterly, and easterly along the aforesaid high-water mark to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 37, Terawhiti District, in Block XIII, Port Nicholson S.D.; thence generally easterly, northerly, and southerly along
the high-water mark of the sea to and along the seaward boundaries of Section 53, Watts Peninsula District, to and along the high-water mark of Wellington Harbour to the easternmost corner of the proposed reclamation area in Evans Bay shown on S.O. Plan 22831 (M.D. 9453); thence westerly along the generally northern boundary of that area to and generally north-easterly along the high-water mark of Evans Bay to a point on the southern boundary of the land reclaimed by the Wellington Patent Slip Co., co-ordinates 699 510.36 metres north and 302 203.19 metres east, Wellington meridional circuit; thence generally north-easterly along right lines bearing 117° 24′ distance 41.45 metres, bearing 80° 28′ distance 31.70 metres, bearing 2° 30′ distance 41.45 metres, and bearing 27° 43′ distance 70.11 metres (scaled) to and along the high-water mark of Evans Bay to a point on the eastern boundary of another portion of land reclaimed by the aforesaid company, co-ordinates 699 625.69 metres north and 302 368.79 metres east, Wellington meridional circuit; thence northerly along right lines bearing due north distance 92.54 metres, bearing 290° 58′ distance 18.34 metres to and along the high-water mark of Evans Bay to and along the generally eastern boundaries of the areas containing 2347 and 5 square metres on S.O. Plan 24772 to and along the high-water mark of Evans Bay to Point Jerningham; thence generally westerly along the high-water mark of Lambton Harbour to and along the seaward boundaries of Te Aro Baths to and along the generally northern boundary of the area containing 4155 square metres on S.O. Plan 24076 (M.D. 3188) to and along the north-eastern side of Herd Street to the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1373; thence generally north-westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of the said Lot 1 to and along the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 1372, and the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1372, to the south-western corner of the area containing 500 square metres on S.O. Plan 13625 (M.D. 1739); thence easterly and northerly along the southern and eastern boundaries of that area to the south-eastern boundary of the land granted to the Superintendent of the Province of Wellington by grant 2112A, dated the 20th day of June 1862; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary to and along the line marked “proposed limit of reclamation” on S.O. Plan 15276 (M.D. 2192, sheet 1) to a point marked “O” on that plan on the eastern side of the railway wharf as it existed in May 1898, along that side to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 7469, and along the generally south-eastern boundaries of that lot to its easternmost corner; thence generally northerly along the eastern boundary of that lot, along its north-western boundary for a distance of 0.12 metres to and along the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 10606, and the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of the area containing 3.5005 hectares shown as “Z” on S.O. Plan 19199 (W.R. 29919) to a point on the high-water mark of the existing breastwork (sea wall) (1934) of the Wellington-Napier Railway as shown on S.O. Plan 16462; thence generally north-easterly along that high-water mark to and along the high-water mark on the sea wall of the Wellington-Foxton Railway as shown on S.O. Plan 19263 to and along the high-water mark of the breastwork (sea wall) of the Wellington-Napier Railway as shown on S.O. Plan 16437 to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 7, Harbour District, in Block XII, Belmont S.D.; thence south-easterly along the production of that boundary to the mean high-water mark of Wellington Harbour; thence north-easterly along that high-water mark to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 17, Harbour District, in Block XIII, Belmont S.D.; thence generally northerly to and along that boundary and its production to and along the middle of Horokiwi Road to a point in line with the eastern boundaries of Section 156, Porirua District, and Section 40, Horokiwi Road District, and to and along the eastern boundaries of the said Section 156 and Sections 41 and 19, Horokiwi Road District, the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 38, Horokiwi Road District, and the eastern boundary of section 1, Takapu District, to its north-eastern corner; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Section 1 (including the crossing of Takapu Road) to its north-western corner; thence generally south-westerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 169 and 40, Porirua District (including the crossing of Takapu Road), the northern boundary of Section 39, Porirua District, and the eastern side of Takapu Road and No. 1 State Highway (motorway) to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 33, Porirua District; thence generally north-westerly to and along the northern boundary of the said Section 33, a right line across the North Island Main Trunk Railway and Porirua Road to and along the northern boundary of part Section 32, Porirua District (C.T. 352/257), the generally eastern boundaries of Section 117, Ohariu District, the eastern, northern, and north-western boundaries of Section 118, Ohariu District, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 12 and 11, D.P. 27582, a right line across Ohariu
