PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Westland Land District, ex officio, William James Cairns, Norman Sydney Davy, Neil Alan Ellery, Denis Reginald Holcroft, Leonhardt Moritz Schaef, Nancy Irene Sweeney, Graeme Ashley Warnes, and Peter Raymond Wilkins to be the Punakaiki Scenic Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as scenic reserve for a term of 7 years from the date of this notice.
