Declaring Road in Block XIII, Kaingaroa Survey District, Block I, Wheao Survey District, and Block IV, Takapau Survey District, Taupo County, to be under the Control and Management of the Taupo County Council

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, be under the control and management of the Taupo County Council.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of Goudies Road situated in Blocks XIII, Kaingaroa Survey District, and Block I, Wheao Survey District, commencing at the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Block I, Wheao Survey District, and proceeding thence in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 306 chains and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XIII, Kaingaroa Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plans marked M.O.W. 27089 (S.O. 42167), M.O.W. 27090 (S.O. 42169), and M.O.W. 27091 (S.O. 42172) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked U-T-R-Q-O-P. Also, all that portion of Rawhiti Road situated in Block XIII, Kaingaroa Survey District, commencing at the western boundary of Section 4, Block XIII, Kaingaroa Survey District, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 155 chains and terminating at the western side of Goudies Road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27091 (S.O. 42172) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked N-O.
