Warrant Appointing an Additional Conciliation Commissioner Under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

Urban Martin Devlin

to be an additional Conciliation Commissioner for the purposes of the said Act for a period of 3 months as and from the 5th day of May 1973.

Promotions

Sub Lieutenant C. Hazelwood to be Lieutenant with effect from 28 April 1973.

Resignations

Sub Lieutenant Norman Victor Seaward resigns his commission with effect from 30 September 1972.

Sub Lieutenant Graeme Frank Rogers resigns his commission with effect from 5 October 1972.

Transfer from Supernumerary List

Sub Lieutenant A. G. Davidson is transferred from the Supernumerary List to T.S. Achilles with effect from 6 February 1973.

Appointments

Colin Neil Taylor is appointed to a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, on probation, with effect from 6 April 1973.

Desmond Richard Kelly is appointed to a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, on probation, with effect from 12 April 1973.
