WHANGAREI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council intends, under the provisions of the Counties Act 1956, to execute a certain work, namely, a road, and for the purpose of such work or for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. And notice is further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be so taken is deposited at the office of the said Council, situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be inspected by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons who have an objection to the said work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation) must state their objections in writing and send the same to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, so as to reach him not later than the 7th day of June 1973, being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received, a public hearing of the same will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.

HAWKE'S BAY CATCHMENT BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, Tutaekuri River Control, and for the purposes of or in connection with such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.

And notice is hereby given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board situate in Vautier Street, Napier, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the

amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the said Catchment Board at its office aforesaid, and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

And notice is further given that a plan showing the land proposed to be so taken is deposited at the office of the said Council, situated at Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. Any persons affected by the said work or by the proposed taking of the said land and who has an objection to the same, not being an objection as to the payment or amount of compensation, must state such objection in writing and send same to the County Clerk, Whangarei County Council, P.O. Box 4102, Kamo, so as to reach him not later than 9 June 1973, being 40 days after the first publication
