Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1973, No. 5, certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.

Narcotics Act 1965—Notice of Authorisation
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, acting under section 13 (1) of the Narcotics Act 1965, has authorised Margaret Nolan, Public Health Pharmacist, of Wellington, to enter the premises of any person who carries on the business of a producer, manufacturer, seller, or distributor of any narcotic, or who otherwise undertakes the supply or administration of any narcotic, and to demand the production of, and to inspect any books or documents relating to dealings in any narcotic and to inspect, weigh, measure, and record the stocks of narcotics.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Canterbury and Westland Coach and Motor-Body Builders’ and Assemblers’ Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 2006, situated at Room 16, Trades Hall, 194 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 6 weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board hereby revokes its resolution of 18 October 1967, pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) from Terrace Street near the southern end of the Waitaki River Bridge generally southwards to the northern boundary of Oamaru Borough, as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, and 3 of M.O.W. 13807 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Engineer, Ministry of Works, Oamaru, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road in so far as the aforementioned declaration affects a 2-chain length on the eastern side of the said No. 1 State Highway having a width of 1 chain and extending for a length of 1 chain on each side of the midpoint of the highway frontage of part Section 30, Block 1, Oamaru Survey District, shown on sheet 1 of the said plan M.O.W. 13807.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 April 1973 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 57 State Highway (Levin to Palmerston North) from the Horowhenua-Kairanga county boundary near Tane Road to Camp Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan M.O.W. 35181 and the accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
