PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Marton Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. So much of the notice under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 20th day of December 1937†, which relates to Marton Borough, is hereby revoked.
