Ninth, all that parcel of land containing 16.23 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Town Section 53, being also Lot 3 on Deposited Plan No. 6070, and being all the land comprised and described in the certificate of title, Volume 306, folio 25, Wellington Land Registry; this land being known as No. 63 Nairn Street, Wellington.
Tenth, all that parcel of land containing 12.28 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 53 of the Town of Wellington, being also Lot 4 on Deposited Plan No. 6070, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 455, folio 186, Wellington Land Registry; this land being known as No. 70 Nairn Street, Wellington.
Eleventh, all that parcel of land containing 1 rood and 13 perches situated in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 54 on the plan of the said city deposited in the office of Chief Surveyor at Wellington together with the right of way over the other portion of the said section, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 57, folio 7, Wellington Land Registry; this land being known as No. 72 and 72A Nairn Street (McAlpine Avenue), Wellington.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of A. RIBARY LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office in the City of Auckland and carrying on business as drapers:
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 21st day of February 1973 confirming the reduction of share capital of the above-named company from $8,000 to $2,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing the capital of the company as altered as required by section 78 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of March 1973. The said minute is in the following terms:
“The capital of A. Ribary Limited was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the Supreme Court dated the 21st day of February 1973 reduced from $8,000 divided into 4,000 ordinary shares of $2 each to $2,000 divided into 4,000 ordinary shares of $0.50 each. At the date of registration of this minute all the said shares have been issued and are deemed to be fully paid up.”

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL
PURSUANT to section 13 (2) of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of ratepayers of the Kerikeri County Town taken on the 11th day of April 1973 on the proposal of the above-named authority to raise a loan of $40,000, to be known as the Kerikeri Public Library Loan 1971—$40,000, for the purpose of providing a new Kerikeri public library and township amenity building, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was ..... 588
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 308
The number of informal votes was ..... ..... ..... 8
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.
