“That the company be wound up voluntarily by the members (a statutory declaration of solvency having been filed).”

IN the matter of G. L. DAWSON LTD, and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955, creditors’ voluntary winding up:

Take notice that a meeting of creditors in the above matter will, in pursuance of section 284 of the above Act, be held at St. John Ambulance Hall, Jocelyn Street, Te Puke, on the 15th day of May 1973, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purposes set out in sections 284, 285, and 286 of the above Act.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS
PURSUANT TO SECTION 284
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of FIVE STAR POULTRY PRODUCERS LTD. (receiver appointed):

NOTICE is hereby given that by means of an entry in the minute book, signed as provided by section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:

  1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.

  2. That Mr Hugh Adair Morrison, chartered accountant, of Palmerston North, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets.

A meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the Boardroom, Barr, Burgess, and Stewart, Library Building, The Square, Palmerston North, on Friday, 27 April 1973, at 3 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 17th day of April 1973, presented to the said Court by GRENFEELL COOK BREMNER, of Gisborne, civil servant. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Gisborne on the 6th day of July 1973, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
