PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by G. and J. Manson Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office in Dunedin, under and by virtue of lease No. 382191, is hereby taken for post office purposes (workshop) from and after the 30th day of April 1973.
