Declaring Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Feilding

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Feilding from and after the 23rd day of April 1973.

Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for a Secondary School in the City of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Whanganui College Board of Trustees by Raymond Lincoln Slyfield, of Wanganui, retired, under and by virtue of lease No. 27023, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from the Whanganui College Board of Trustees by Jean Charlotte Bauld, of Wanganui, married woman, under and by virtue of lease No. 27215, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 23rd day of April 1973.
